Consent to the processing of personal data

You hereby grant consent to Europasta SE, with its registered office at U Sila 246, Poříčí, 373 82 Boršov nad Vltavou, ID No.: 28115414, registered in the public register maintained by the Regional Court in České Budějovice, Section H, Insert 1 (hereinafter referred to as “the Administrator”), to process, pursuant to the Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”), in particular the following personal data:
- first name and surname,
- email address,
- cookies and GPS data.

Employees or cooperating persons of Europasta SE may take part in the processing of partial personal data, such as the name without further identification data.

The contact person will be informed if, in the future, there are any additions to the list of persons directly dealing with the personal data, in particular with the complete identification data.

Use of information for one-way communication

We process certain personal data for the possible sending of marketing offers and information about our services and products.

Device information

For a more convenient use of geolocation tools, we also process GPS data from your devices (computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone), which you have allowed us to obtain via the settings of your devices.

Cookies policy

We process cookies for a more convenient use of the functionalities of our website and integrated customer system. This applies to data from cookies stored on your device, including settings and ID of the cookies.

We also use cookies for remarketing purposes, i.e. displaying ads to visitors of our website in third-party advertising systems.

You also have the right to object to and restrict certain processing of your personal data, in particular the right not to consent to us continuing to process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, i.e. sending marketing offers.

Retention of your personal data

We process your personal data for as long as we provide you with our services or products or until you exercise your right to delete your data and also according to the legal reasons for processing (e.g. archiving for the purposes of accounting) until the expiration of the period stipulated by law.
