420 g of seafood
2 shallots
garlic
70 g fresh spinach leaves
flat-leaf parsley
250 ml whipping cream
40 g grated Parmesan cheese
lemon juice
salt and freshly ground pepper

Add fresh seafood and sauté quickly over high heat; then, add the spinach, and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add the cream and freshly grated Parmesan and cook until sauce thickens.
