4 tomatoes
2 dcl red wine
1 dcl cream
800 g Adriana Penne
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
olive oil

Description

Heat the olive oil in a pot and slowly sauté finely chopped garlic, carrot, celery and shallots. Season minced meat with salt and pepper, and add the with the chopped tomatoes, red wine, and a dash of cream. Reduce heat to minimum and cook slowly for an hour. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, strain, and combine with the sauce. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
