MAGIC POT OF ADRIANA PASTA WITH TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients

600 g Adriana Linguine or Spaghetti
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 white onion
4 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon dried chilli
2 teaspoons dried oregano
salt and freshly ground pepper
2 sprigs of fresh basil
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Description

Need a fast feast? Try this magic, pot of pasta with tomato sauce! Break dry pasta noodles in half and add to a large pot with a can of tomatoes, chopped onions, thinly sliced garlic, and basil leaves. Add water, chilli, oregano, salt, and pepper. Finally, drizzle with olive oil. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. If there is still a lot of liquid after 10 minutes, remove it with a spoon. Make sure the pasta is just right, al dente! If you like, add salt and pepper to taste prior to serving. Drizzle with olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately Healthy and delicious, you magicked a great dish in just 15 minutes. Enjoy.
