ADRIANA ELICHÉ WITH CHICKEN, BASIL PESTO AND SOUR CREAM
Ingredients
600 g Adriana Eliché
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 chicken breasts
salt and freshly ground pepper
200 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half
3 tablespoons basil pesto
150 g sour cream
fresh basil leaves
Description
Do you fancy a chicken with a light side dish? Quick and easy to prepare? Treat yourself to chicken breast with Adriana pasta. Pan-fry chicken breasts on both sides with a little bit of olive oil until golden brown and sufficiently cooked through; season with salt and pepper. Remove chicken from heat and let it rest. Add tomatoes to the pan and sauté until soft. Reduce heat to minimum and add the pesto and sour cream. Once the mixture turns into a nice sauce, add a few basil leaves. Meantime, cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package; strain and combine with the sauce. There you have it: chicken with pasta, basil pesto, and sour cream. Enjoy.
