LETTUCE SALAD WITH TORTI, TOMATOES, MOZZARELLA AND BASIL

Ingredients
400 g Adriana Pan-cooked Torti
1 pc lettuce
6 pcs fresh tomatoes
300 g cherry tomatoes (yellow and red)
150 ml white wine
1 clove of garlic
2 pcs mozzarella
100 ml extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Description
Grate fresh tomatoes. Preheat a pan, add olive oil, garlic clove and heat. Add the grated tomatoes, bring to the boil and boil briefly. Pour in the wine, season with salt and pepper, and boil until the wine has boiled off the alcohol. Put in the pasta, add water if necessary, bring to the boil and cook the pasta in the sauce. Add the torn basil. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the pan. Add the torn lettuce, mozzarella, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix. Arrange on a plate, garnish with basil and drizzle with olive oil.

- 1. Prepare your ingredients in a pan or bring your favourite sauce to the boil.
- 2. Add uncooked pasta and pour over with hot water in a 2:1 ratio.
- 3. Stir and cook for 4 minutes.
- 4. Let stand for a few minutes.
