SPAGHETTI WESTERN STYLE (WITH BACON AND BEANS)

Ingredients
400 g Adriana Spaghetti
300 g bacon
2 cloves of garlic
500 g tomato passata
200 g cooked black beans
50 ml olive oil
20 g flat-leaf parsley
salt and pepper, to taste
flat-leaf parsley for garnish
Description
Bring water to a boil, add salt, put in the spaghetti, stir, and cook for 8 minutes. Preheat a pan, add olive oil and chopped bacon. Sauté the bacon until crispy. Add the sliced garlic and sauté briefly. Add the tomato passata, season with salt and pepper and let the sauce to cook through. Add the cooked black beans and chopped parsley to the finished sauce. When the spaghetti is almost cooked, transfer it to the sauce and add some of the water. Cook the spaghetti in the sauce. Arrange on a plate and garnish with flat-leaf parsley.
