SPICY ADRIANA PASTA WITH SAUSAGE AND VODKA

600 g Adriana Cornetti Rigati
olive oil
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 g ground paprika
800 g crushed tomatoes
5 g salt
30 ml of vodka
120 ml high-fat whipping cream
15 g chives, finely chopped
180 g sausage

Looking for spice without the sting? Give this spicy pasta with vodka and sausage a try! Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, add sliced sausage, and fry until golden brown. Add garlic and paprika; sauté until the garlic becomes golden. Add crushed tomatoes and season with salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook slowly for about 5 minutes. Add vodka and whipping cream, bring back to a boil, and cook briefly. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package, strain, and combine with the sauce.
