SWEET ADRIANA FARFALLE WITH PEACHES
Ingredients
300 ml of milk
400 g Adriana Farfalle
salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup (150 ml) white yoghurt
1 package vanilla sugar
700 g peach compote )
1 tablespoon cornstarch
50 g chocolate or chopped nuts
lemon balm for decoration
Description
Fruit, pasta and sugar? Enjoy this sweet Adriana Farfalle with peaches. Combine 500 ml of water with milk in a pot, salt lightly, and bring to a boil. Cook the Farfalle in the boiling liquid, according to the instructions on the package; then strain and toss to combine with butter. Mix the yoghurt with vanilla sugar in the bowl and stir in Farfalle. Drain the peach compote and cut large peaches in half. Place some on the plate and set the rest aside for later use. Mix starch with compote juice and cook until thick; pour over the fruit on the plate. Stack the noodles on the fruit and place the remaining peaches on top. Sprinkle with grated chocolate or chopped nuts. Garnish with a sprig of lemon balm. Serve as you wish (for example as baby food or dessert). Whatever you choose, we’re sure you will enjoy it.
